The ALTEPLAST project is based on the investigation of the most sustainable technical-economic alternatives to lower the cost of producing polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) and improve the impacts derived from the conventional extraction processes of this biopolyester.

Reference project 2021.08.CT01.000016, awarded a grant of 136,970.75 Euros, with co-financing of up to 80% (€109,576.60) from the ERDF global grant.
